The view that a view of a package built on expo-arcgis binds to (expo-arcgis-toolkit’s panels):
the one geoView points to (a <MapView>, <SceneView> or <LocalSceneView> ref), else the
nearest one, for a view placed inside it. Null when there is neither, or when the view geoView
points to isn’t mounted by the time the calling component mounts.
