3D placement, applied when the content is drawn in a <SceneView> and ignored in a <MapView>.
Mirrors LayerSceneProperties.
The default draped-billboarded lays markers on the terrain, where scene layers drawn above the
terrain — an integrated mesh, say — will hide them. absolute with an altitudeOffset lifts
them clear.
